Terms of use

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “user”) and Awesome Innovation Apps (“we”, “us” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the “AI Notebook: Transcribe, Summary” mobile application (the “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App and must uninstall it from your device.

2. License grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on compatible mobile devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable app store terms of service.

This license applies to any updates, patches, or enhancements we provide, unless a separate agreement applies.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the App; reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the App; or remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices.

3. Technical requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical specifications required to run the App. We may change technical requirements or discontinue support for certain devices or operating systems at any time.

4. Maintenance & support

We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App, if any. Your app store provider has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

5. Use of data

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of information as described in that policy.

6. User-generated content

If the App allows you to create, submit, or share content, you agree that you have all necessary rights to your contributions and they do not violate laws or third-party rights. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, display and distribute your contributions in connection with operating and improving the App. We do not claim ownership of your contributions.

7. Third-party content & services

The App may provide access to content, services or links provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for such content. Your use of third-party content may be subject to additional terms.

8. Restrictions on use

You must not use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks, or use the App in a way that could harm, disable or impair its operation or interfere with others’ use.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership rights of any kind.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, secure or available at all times.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

13. Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14. Changes to this agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.

15. Governing law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of [Choose jurisdiction—e.g., Spain or your company’s registered country], without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
